• Clients must respect the natural environment, wildlife, and private property. We adhere to Leave No Trace principles.

4. Equipment

• All necessary fishing equipment (rods, reels, flies, etc.) will be provided during your trip. However, clients are welcome to bring their own gear.
• If clients choose to bring their own equipment, they are responsible for ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Personal items such as food, drinks, and sun protection are recommended, but clients must be mindful of littering.

5. Health and Fitness

• Participants must be in good physical health and able to walk or wade in various outdoor conditions.
• If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the trip (e.g., heart conditions, allergies), please inform us prior to booking.

6. Weather and Conditions

• Fly fishing trips may be affected by weather conditions. If extreme weather (e.g., thunderstorms, extreme temperatures) occurs, we may reschedule or cancel the trip for safety reasons.
• Clients will be informed of weather-related changes as soon as possible.

7. Liability

• The Ridge Fly Fishing and its guides are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the trip.
• By participating in the guided fishing trip, clients agree to hold The Ridge Fly Fishing harmless from any claims arising out of personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Fishing License and Permits

• It is the responsibility of each angler to ensure they have a valid Minnesota fishing license. We do not provide fishing licenses or permits, and clients must have them prior to the trip.
• Any fines or legal issues resulting from failure to have the appropriate licenses or permits will be the responsibility of the client.

9. Photography and Marketing

• We may take photos during the trip for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the beginning of the trip.
• By participating, clients give consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during the trip unless otherwise stated.

10. Privacy

• Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating your booking and improving our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
